Hi everyone
Ideas on how to Troubleshoot the left di2 tt shifter?
It has stoped working and I checked the wires and unplugged it from the 5 port and moved to another port plug in no luck. Would the sm-pce1 help me?

Either the switch is bad or it was mis-programmed with bad behavior. Do you have the internal battery? If so, you can plug in the charging wire to a PC and run Etube software to see if it is setup right.
Yes I have the battery in the seat tube... so I not need the sm-pce1 to run the software? I can just plug the battery USB into the computer

That is correct!
There are some more in depth diagnostics that require the PCE1, but most stuff (switch behavior, shift speed, FW updates) can be done with the internal battery, USB charger and a PC.
I'd hook it up, update everything, check the programmed switch behavior. If it doesn't see the switch, that is a bad sign.
