I know theres 2 YMCA's in that area, they may have day passes or trials. I know there's a 6am tri swim class at the Nashua one on wed ..., if you come to that one, say hi... I am in the remedial lane on the far right hahah. I know there are a lot if great running routes (and some open water locations too, like baboosic lake). Check out NorthEast Multisports website. They have ALOT of people there who do weekly runs and rides

Thank you. I looked ay the YMCA sites and it seems it's members only. I'll call them to verify though. I'll also take a look at that multisports site.
