Training around Disneyland
I’m heading to Anaheim with the family to spend 4 days at Disneyland. Can anyone suggest any decent running routes 6-13miles?
Any suggestions for pools reasonably close?
It doesn’t look like there is anywhere close by to ride but maybe I’m wrong?

Thanks in advance!

From the parks to Angel Stadium and back is about 6 miles. Closest publicly available lap pools are Fullerton (Janet Evans Swim complex), Los Alamitos (Joint Forces Training Base) both have Masters and USA Swimming teams. Otherwise there is always 24 hr fitness, but the one closest to the parks doesn't have a pool. As for riding, currently the Santa Ana River Trail is closed close to the park, could ride north of ARTIC to Corona.

Chapman University has an amazing aquatics complex: http://www.chapmanathletics.com/facilities/allredpool. It is approximately 5 miles away from Disneyland.

The only problem with this is that you have to have a Chapman student, staff or faculty ID to use the pool, one of the reasons I didn't mention it.
