Back in 2010 I bought a Kurt Kinetic Rock and Roll indoor trainer. I have used it for about 90% of my triathlon training. Last month, I started burning a hole in the floor mat. Discovered that the rear attach point to the bottom frame had cracked causing the the rear wheel to sag!

Contacted KK and they sent a replacement base at no cost to me.

Despite the failure, I consider the KK a real quality product, and the replacement is much more robust in the rear.
