I think every one should be taking Fish oil a multi and a super B+ complex for starters. I take in addition V- D,C, Lysine for cold sores prevention (works!) CQ-10, Magnesium, Hammer race caps and endurance caps. I'm not a nutritionist not a pro but I fallow my health and try to eat the best I can, With summer around the corner those soft serve frozen yogurt stands call my name. A great podcast and website -
