Haha after an unseasonably cool summer in the southeast, Mother Nature has some fun planned for us this weekend...95 forecasted high on Sunday!

If it makes you feel better I'm in the same boat (or sauna).

It's never too late. Starting 3-4 days ago would be good. But seriously... dude, you've been signed up for this race for a while right.... well... i guess you could have signed up just last week.

Dewpoint of 75... could be worse. Last month i went for a run after work and the air temp was 86F...that's not so bad.... dewpoint was 80F. Worse, it was windy. I say worse, because going out you had zero airflow with the wind at your back.

Of course that's a normal morning 3-4 months out of the year in some parts of Texas.

For what it's worth, 93F with a dewpoint of 75F, is about 40% relative humidity, so will feel like 102F at a relatively low humidity. :)

What happens if you go above and to the right? :)

I'm beginning to think that we are much more fucked than I thought.

I have a few places at more work like that...just off those charts. Pretty much you pass out within about 20-30 minutes without a ice vest.

Might have helped if he had on a trucker hat for more ventilation.

I was out yesterday evening doing some short bike intervals and it actually felt nice out and the thermometer said 91. Big factor was no sun beating down on me. Today's TV forecast said 99 here in St. Louis on Sunday. I may try and walk outside at lunch today but not much more I can do except maybe run in place in the sauna tonight.

Wow, so based on the forecast of 95 with 70% humidity... that's not gonna be much fun. The move to October is sounding better every day!

Now weather.com has it at 95 w/40% chance of storms. If we can schedule the clouds and rain between 2 and 6pm that will work (just like Branson '11).
