I just bought some H3 tubulars and I was wondering what size tires are recommended...19? 21? Used for racing only if that makes a difference. I run 23 on my clinchers.

This is primarily a comfort issue. I train on 23s and race on 21s. 19s are a little more bumpy than I like.

I'm with pooks- 21mm. I'm a TUFO tubular man. I train on 23mm clinchers.
