Well I would run 110 on good roads if I had some.

In race trim my bike is 24.7lbs and I usually weigh ~165lbs on race day. I run a 22mm Attack up front and a 23mm GP4000s in the rear 85/85psi. My weight distribution is ~45/55 f/r (loaded draft box and 24oz bottle behind my seat... and I have a surprisingly rearward weight distribution if one were to look at my position). If the roads are really smooth I'll go up to 90/90.
Someone at HED told me to treat the tires on the Jet+ rim as if they were 2mm larger. You might take something like that and then look at a chart like the one below for a starting point. As a disclaimer, don't consider this a "SAFE" pressure that will properly hold the tire onto the rim (ETRTO standards and all of that).
