Last week i decide to have my bike fit by a real pro , after some research Tad Huges in Houston show that he was the best (when you see peoples flying around the world for a bike fit is a sign). Tad spend 3,5 hours with me... he analyze all aspect about me and my bike. yesterday i go on the ride and he was amazing the different . My last position was very comfortable and i never complaint but after this Tad change my position in my bike i feel i gain like 2 mph.
