That's surprising. I got mine back (here in Wisconsin) last Friday, just a bit ahead of schedule.
Have you tried email? They responded quickly when I'd written.

I got my bag and bike back last Friday also. I live in South Florida.

This is not good. In live in Louisiana. Seems like I should not be much different than you guys.

Had the same issues coming back from Kona last year and this year I elected to fly with my bike. Much happier. FWIW folks in Houston are having the same issues as you this year.

Live and learn. If I fly to a race again, I can't imagine I would use TBT

Got my bike back from TBT first of this week ... SO much easier and smoother than dealing with packing, unpacking, and the airlines.

If it works as advertised, I agree it would be easier, and for many it works as such and thus is very convenient. I have only done it this one time. I had problems on the Kona side getting my bike and now I am concerned about things on the return side as well.

On the plus side it Is insured, and 2 weeks ago I would have liked to throw this bike into the ocean, so maybe it will work out that way and I will get a big check (let's look at the silver lining here!)
