Sleeved Tri suits and sleeveless Swim Skin, what do you do?
Swim in Tri suit and swim Skin over the top? Or top around waist then pull up after you take the swim Skin off?

I can't speak for every tri suit out there, but some won't have the same hydrodynamic properties as the swim skin, which means they may cause more drag.

Further, there is a good chance that the tri suit was not engineered to be worn with your arms over your head. Meaning that it may cause some restriction.

I'm sure that there are tri suits out there that are great to swim in.

My experience is that rolling the suit down and pulling it up as you are coming in to transition is not too hard. But, the possible restriction and possible extra drag may be negligible for you.

Might be worth a try in a practice swim to see if you notice any difference.
