To the Swim Guru's here...
I am a fairly new swimmer. I have been swimming laps in the pool while my knee recovers and about 35-40 mins into each session I start getting seriously bloated. Gas I guess, and it feels extremely uncomfortable to the point I start to cramp pretty bad and feel the need to constantly burp.
What is causing this? Am I ingesting too much water? Not breathing correctly?
