Swapping Tri suit pads
Anyone ever try this? I have access to a professional seamstress so not worried about quality. Curious how the pads would line up with the cuts of the fabric.

I have a Tri suit that is too large to wear but LOVE the pad and my team kit pad is not bad but a little thin for 112 miles (I tired it out today and while bearable I really wanted the other pad). Everything else about the team kit is perfect.

Am I just going to ruin two perfectly good pieces of clothing?

From my experience.... Don't do it! unless your seamstress has a lot of experience with spandex/neoprene/wetsuit skins. Any seam work my I've had done by seamstresses in the past has looked horrible and not lasted. Just my experience here, but I'd not mess with it! the spandex does NOT like to be hemmed and stitched at all! (then again, maybe I just had bad luck.)
