Has anyone compiled Suffefest erg files for the latest few Sufferfest videos?

With the Tour de Sufferlandria coming up, I'm hoping I don't have to write an excel file from scratch.

There is the wonderful spreadsheet from Ted Meisky at the link below, but he hasn't had a chance to update since Violator and ISLAGIATT.

That leaves Nine Hammers, Elements of Style and The Rookie undone. Did anyone tackle the timing and excel file update themselves?

I used to write them, until TrainerRoad came on the scene. I figured a $10 a month subscription was worth it to me to save me many hours of painstaking work.

This is just a belated note on this thread.

I downloaded Nine Hammers yesterday and completed the Erg file generator this morning using the pre-existing spreadsheet.
All credit goes to Ed Meisky at Views of the Road, I merely adopted his method.
I will try to get "The Rookie" and "Half is Easy" done later this week.
