So sore...should I keep going?

This morning...I have woken up to do a run bike brick...but I am sore as a mofo. I have recently become unemployed and henceforth bumped up my training. I'm still hitting goal paces and times...and usually feel good once on the road...but currently...don't feel like I can stand up...and absolutely dread the thought of going upstairs.
Am I hurting myself? Like I said...still performing like I should...just loads of pain in the mornings.

Oh, I'm still going...I was just wondering if this soreness was damage or just normal...I assumed normal-ish...bumped up the training volume...and still hitting my goal times....so I guess it's just a "time will tell" situation....either I stop being as sore, or break.

There are a bunch of athletes in London who most likely didn't have a big cry to a bunch of strangers on a forum,I'm guessing they went out and did some training instead.

But, you also can't always help it and sometimes you have to go out and get the training in when you're a little sore; but the accepted rule is that if you're really sore it's time to just do some recovery workouts or easy(ier) endurance workouts (that can be long, but must be easy).
Why not hit the pool more for a couple days; it gives the legs a rest and has been shown to help them recover more than rest alone.

The dude is bragging about being able to train full time,most here are jealous and are giving him shit for it.....He will be fine and will likely spend the day resting up while periodically checking how many people respond to his thread....
