What to eat before you HIM or IM cause I would love to make rest room visits a minimum or even afterwards.
So any examples or suggestions of what you have before the big event.

Fiber is NOT your friend three days before the big event. If you are having GI distress immediately preceding the start line, then less non-starchy vegetables such as salad and more dairy will firm up your stools.
