I've developed a new discomfort in my shoulder on the recovery phase of my swim stroke. It's mostly on the anterior part more lateral than medial. It doesn't prevent me from swimming, but generally gets worse as the swim progresses. Occasionally, I can also feel it on on my back near the lower part of my shoulder blade.
Thoughts? Rotator cuff?
