So I have narrowed my bike case choice to Serfas or Trico iron case...Any feedback on these brands and why to choose which one? I want a hard case..

They're pretty much the same. You're deciding factor should be price. I have the Serfas case and the difference with the Trico seems cosmetic.

Did you feel comfortable putting race wheels in your case? I get nervous putting a disc wheel in there!

They are pretty much the same. I've got the Trico just to give you another opinion. I think you'd be happy with either, at that point I'd just find whichever is cheaper.
Case was built for the whole bike so I packed them all in there. My bike has been to Asia twice coming from California as well as once to KY. Like any bike case (soft or hard), just use additional padding.
