Pretty sure I scratched these ENVE Aero Road bars sliding down on a descent last week; replace or keep?

No dead sound when coin test done (from top to bottom with coin perpendicular to scratch).

I'm not seeing any loose carbon fibers. I would touch it up with either epoxy or clear nail polishing ride them. I would also keep an eye on them.

If you can see loose fibers then bin them.

That looks like nothing more than a surface scratch. Cover it up with clear nail polish and ride them.
