Its a fantastic race. The pictures are amazing, but I still don't think the pictures come close to the real thing.

Screw chasing a sub xx hours IM-time. Go to switzerland and just finish this one - I guarantee it'll be one to remember! :)

i've lived in switzerland on and off for several years (though not currently) and i've thought about this race many times. ultimately i think the climbing turns me off - i'm more interested in celtman, i think, as swissman looks like it would just sort of turn into a slog, for me. shame though, because it's close by and looks beautiful.

more importantly, great pictures herbert!
