Would it be more beneficial to do rehab/stretching exercises at various times throughout the day......or, all in a concentrated block of minutes?
I'm beyond ROM type stuff and am working on strength. I'm certain I'm getting inflammation in the affected area (not a negative). I'm questioning whether it's a good or bad thing to engage it all throughout the day.....or, to let it rest (after a good session).
I picked an OK PT. She was good, but she's not used to dealing with people who do what we do. I was never pushed very hard.
