Recommendation on Bike Stand
I am looking for an affordable bike stand to do minor repairs, that can get wet/not rust for washing, does not take a lot of space in garage, etc.
I have road and tri bikes.

Does anyone have any recommendations? What should I be looking for. thanks.Todd

I bought a $65 bike stand off of Amazon. Nowhere near as good as a Park stand, but you did mention you're looking for something affordable (to which everyone's definition would vary).
I wash my bike on the stand, along with repair. Had it for about a year, and no rust issues. I built my bike from the frame up, so it's seen a decent amount of use and is still holding up. For storage, I just left two of the leg bars untightened and slide them in/out of place when I use the stand so that the stand can rest up against the wall when not in use and not take up floor space. http://amzn.to/1LiTF7V

+1

Sticks a little bit when opening up, but is cheap and serviceable.
