Rear race tire?
Riding a Softride PowerWing. Rear wheel is a powertap laced to a Mavic open clincher rim with a disc cover. I'll be running Continental 4000S II tires. For the best rolling resistance and aerodynamics, should I run a 23 or 25 mm width on the rear wheel?

Habitual line stepper.

probably the 23, since the wheel doesn't have a wide rim (I think)

But, hard to say, neither option is horrible.

I would do the 23

not a ton of difference. if the road is rough i would go with the 25 and run less pressure, if smooth go with the 23 with little more, 105-110psi

We are talking about a bike without seat tube and likely a narrow rim. Given the choices present yes the 23, but I would have to think a 20mm would be better.
