The course maps can be found here along with elevation profiles for the bike and run to be able to develop specificity in your training and a race day game plan.

Your off-the bike run fitness is the most critical on this course. The bike is hilly (with Snow Canyon being the most difficult at mile 40) but totally doable. However, the run is brutal. Almost the entire first half you're climbing and miles 2-4 (up Red Cliffs parkway) are a very horrendous steep grade. So, if your run off the bike is weak you will have issues. Train on hills right after the bike over the next few weeks.
