There's something you don't see often in the US like in the 90's....exel poles. They have really dried up to Swix & Leki.

I notice that they highlight his 8 Olympic golds. I thought only Americans cared about the Olympics? Maybe Norwegians also focus on the Olympics?

Yes, when I grew up it was either Swix or Exel.
I am still on Swix (triac 2) but these days you have have Leki, KV+, Madshus, Start, Yoko, Komperdelli, Skigo, Rex, OneWay etc.

couple years old now. Has to share it with Darya and the kid!:-)

Yes his RV is not new, but I did not find a English video before now.
Not too many here on the board understand Norwegian.

Also, when many of the first videos came out Ole Einar did not have the skate treadmill installed.
Those big Rodby treadmill are cool. The Norwegian ITU racer Blummenfeldt is using one both for running and cycling intervals.

Wow, that is over the top.
