Possible to repair tubular sidewall (picture)?
Check out the picture with my bulging tubular sidewall:

Can this be repaired? Can I put something like tubular glue, other glue, a patch, etc over the area? I won't be competing on these tires, just local training gravel rides. I don't want to get stranded in the middle of nowhere but don't want to spend $75+ on a new tire now since everything else on the tire is great.

Problem is that's a Tufo, so there's nothing under the sidewall, no tube. As soon as that bulge section gives out, tire is toast.
I've had a little bit of luck gluing a section of sidewall cut out of another tire over top of a cut casing like that, but it's only about 50/50, and can't tell how deep the cut in your tire goes into the butylized final layer of the casing.

man that sucks.

i just cut the sidewall on a new s works mtb tire and patched it with a section of old tire sidewall cut from a donor and some loctite rubberized super glue (for flexibility). its a tubeless tire but i am running it with a tube for now to see how it holds up under riding stress. two weeks in and about 5 rides and it still looks good.

you could try it, right now you don't have much to lose...just don't go far from the house the first couple rides:)
