Pimp my pre-race workout

Saturday is my first triathlon in five and a half years (St. G 70.3). I've done a lot (a lot) of long course races in the past, but I never felt like I really got my pre-race workout down right. Sometimes I'd do too much, sometimes too little. I know everyone is a snowflake, but what works for you? What do you like to do the day before a half?
