I found someone who is selling a 2014 P5-Six Fork and Frame. Just the fork and frame. I'm curious to hear if it would be possible to fit a standard Hed aerobar to the bike, or if it only takes the P5 custom set up. I'm also curious about what type of brakes I'd have to use. Thoughts?

The P5 has a standard steer tube so you could mount any aero bars to it

Check out Caroline Steffen's setup (just fork, frame, standard stem... I think maybe -30 though... and a 3t cockpit I think).
I believe, but may be wrong, that while the steerer tube can accept a standard stem/bar combo, the brake fairing "beard" attached to the Aduro and the beard on Steffens bike was custom mounted.
Otherwise, source a P5-3 fork, sell the P5-6 fork, or swap, and run any bar you want.
Brake wise, any single post standard brake will work.
