Offseason report

My off season started late on Sunday night when I crossed the finish line at the Rock and Roll Half marathon in vegas.. The race itself was awesome, a must do if you enjoy bright lights, vegas, and an incredible amount of energy from fellow competitors.

Day 0 - Consumed massive amounts of alchohol while playing the cheapest table games in town.. Casino Royale!! Yup, I'm classy!!

Day 1 - Monday - Ate "the buffet of buffets all day" and drank more beer, spent most of the day at the poker tables off of my feet

Day 2 - Tuesday - Flight home from Vegas

Day 3 - Wednesday - Back to work.. Felt strange to eat a real lunch then go home after work and not work out. I also raided the cookies and soda at work.. Yummy treats (this is how the other half lives normally? without the exercise?)

Day 4 - Thursday - Work.. Once again, no workouts.. Raided the cookies again. Otis Spunkmeyer tastes so good. Randomlly drank three beer with dinner (never do this during the week in season)

Day 5 - Friday - TODAY - Final day of off season.. At work I am grilling for all my sub contractors, lots more cookies, soda, burgers, ext.. Probably drink more beer when I get home from work.

Saturday -- BACK ON THE HORSE.. I am ready to get going again.. The week off has been fun, but it just doesn't "feel" right to be eating and drinking so much, and not doing any workouts!

To Recap - Beer, soda, cookies, gained 7 pounds.. Enjoyed it, but can't wait to get back.
