Here are 2 pics of the 2016 Kiwami LD Spider overlock (type of stitching) suit that will be out soon. Yes I have the latest pre production model in the world and no you can't try it on ;-) Actually I think this is the last/final prototype before production.

Here are front and back images of my suit. This suit rocks, no chafing, super comfy, pretty easy to put on when wet (about 1 min to get on), some unique storage areas, full length front zip, attached in the back effectively taking the best of a 1 piece and combining it with the best of a 2 piece. I can wear a S or M comfortably. My suit is a small.

If you have any questions about the suit ask away.

Yes, I have testing data on it. It's ~10-12w savings at yaw for me.

Seems odd that nobody has mentioned TYR, since they are the official supplier of team USA suits.

on TYR website there is not a sleeved version of there tri suit, therefore it was left off the "aero" tri suit list.

Nice work on the suit Brian! I'm anxious to see the production model. As for the "unique storage areas"; embellish a bit?

Thanks.

There are pockets on the outside of the thighs like many suits have.

The unique storage options are inside the suit just inside the zipper area. Perfect for a co2, tire lever and air chuck. These will also hold a gel, but best used for something you only need to access when stopped.

There are also 2 hip/side pockets that you can stick a gel in or in my case I stuck a sleeve of clif bloks in there. Took me 145k to remember I had them along.

Huub added, Bioracer added, skinfit does not have sleeves as far as i can tell therefore not added.

They have a sleeved suit. It's easy to miss on their website.

Compared to my Kiwami ITU kit.

It also beat some other aero suits I tested it against and got beat by none.

I have not but i don't like the zipper on it, its comes down so little worried it would break like the octane.

It all comes down to fit.
The custom cut suits seem to fit differently than the stock ones.
My girlfriend raced in zoot most of the year. From our testing on a local velodrome, we saw the zoot perform about the same as a scody air on her... and about 12w faster than her betty designs tri top.

Anyone have any input on the Wattie Ink aero suit? Have heard a few reviews that they were great quality but not sure on fit, zipper, etc. Team will be wearing them this season and am excited about it!

Well they told me it was re designed it this yr and its test fast on Heather Jackson, i was hoping they would release it before i test in march but not looking like it will happen. I have a good amount of their bike kits and yes the quality is top notch, fit is fantastic (on me at least), and overall very happy with thee gear. In terms of fit i am guessing its like most of there other bike gear? For reference i wear a med in their bottoms and smalls in the tops and i wore a small PI Octane all last yr racing.

fingers crossed its released before March.

Good to hear! I usually wear medium stuff but went with small course m2 suit and it fit perfectly so went with small again. Really like the full zip on the LG so hope they do that with theirs! I'll keep you posted if I hear anything from my team too.

You have me mistaken unless you can read the future! If that's the case then thanks! Ha. I am hoping a good, or any, finish in kona sometime within a few years.
