OVAL armrests
Does anyone know of any place selling the OVAL aerobar armrests? I have the HED bars however the OVAL armrests are more versatile and seem to provide better shock absorption.

Thanks in advance for all your help,

Neal

Try Shawn at:

Two Wheeler Dealer
4408 Wrightsville Ave.
Wilmington, NC 28403
twowheelerdealer@juno.com

www.bikesarefun.com

If I recall correctly, he made some modifications to a couple of Oval bars. I think he replaced the Oval arm rests with Profile ones. He might still have the arm rests that he removed.

Hope this helps,

E-Z

Following Shawn's experiment, I switched the stock pads on my oval aero bar to Profile F18 pads. The Oval pads were too thin- really cut into the back of my arm. I had to drill some holes in the Profile mounting plate, but the setup is now very comfortable. You can get replacement Profile pads through all major triathlon retailers: tri-zone, trisports, etc.
