Yup. Great stuff. It looks like Contador has recovered but we wont know until the road really kicks up.

Whatever Contador is using seems to be mild stuff compared to what Astana is on. This makes the "new era" party line look as ridiculous as Sepp Blatter complaining about corruption at FIFA.

He might not say so publicly, but Contador should be disappointed with his team support. It's not like they are also trying to support a sprinter or go for a bunch of stage wins. They have one mission -- to support Contador -- and they have some big guns on that team.

uci and cookson look like mugs

Astana - first 2 hours to trevinia 48km/h, next avrg drops to 46, 4 its 40 - butt totally deserved license as they've cleaned up their governance and have processes in place

And meant tto say watching aru yesterday was like watching pantani ride away, or armstrong - just saying

He lost everyone before a third of the way up the Finestre. His climbing support has been abysmal.

Tinkoff is spending four million euros a year on Sagan. He could buy four premium climbing domestiques for that money. He should have built a GT team or a classics team. Trying to both was not very smart.

We are watching it live, and YES, it's amazing! Great combat on two wheels, so no spoilers.

Actually, Contador having an off day is probably a pretty good sign that things are (relatively) cleaner. His climb of the Mortirolo was also over 3min30 slower than Ivan Gotti a few years ago...

Makes me wonder if there might not be some deals in the works. Ryder just looks really awkward on that bike.

Ryder rode a fantastic Giro, fighting at the front nearly every day. And his posture expressing nothing but love fot this sport. Head down and suffer until you can't, and then suffer some more. Day in day out.
It's a pity he didn't win a stage.

And yes, great race today. Had Contador showed weakness earlier in the week, Astana might have been able to exploit it. But yeah, not so sure what kind of "beef" this guys had for dinner yesterday...
