Genetics load the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger.

Short swim. Brutal bike and everytbing goes run. I can't belive my run splits with no watch. Steady as a bee! That was by far the hardest ironman. The bike was easily 2-3x more difficult than placid and wisconsin.

I will never do another im run by mexico again. The race overall was very poorly run. People were blatantly drafting. You couldn't get away. Def pushed too much on the bike because of it. Full rr once my vacation is over. Today I snorkel tomorrow scuba wednesday night scuba and repeat.

You guys figure out who won the prizes and send me email of what you want!
