Is there anyone that has ridden the P5X that is not a Sponsored Athlete, It would be interesting to hear their feedback on the bike.

I have 198 miles on my Ultegra bike. I have been on the P5 since Nov 2013. I have found the X to be a few watts faster than my old P5 in similar weather conditions on the same loop. I don't feel any more flex in the back of the bike compared to the P5. The bars make this worth the upgrade alone. It is very easy to dial in the fit, @ 5 min to adjust the stack and reach. I would buy it again.

Just curious is it 'feels' heavy. Not the actual weight but it looks like it would ride sluggish. Again, just going by pictures. I've had Cervelo tri bikes in the past and were super happy with them. Just curious if ride quality was enhanced?

It feels sporty, not "heavy" at all. The new bike is long and low, so I was able to shift everything forward, that certainly enhanced the ride for me. Road feel is the same as the p5, stiff.

How is it in a cross wind?

Riding it with 9/disk, same as p5 with 9/disk. I will take the 6/9 as spares to events, but I don't think I'll ever use them.

What do you think about the disc brakes?
