Am considering upgrading my older hed jet wheels (C2 / 23mm) to the new plus model...
Will it fit? I would use them with either Conti GP 4000s 23mm or 25mm tires.

Wheels won’t be a problem at all...those are only around 25mm wide...the tire choice is where you could have an issue...those wheels even work on the P3C with 23mm vittoria’s...which probably inflate to 25mm o4 more...the issue that some people have is they think they need 25mm tires for 25mm wheels...and forget that clinchers gain some mm size when inflated
