New Garmin user question, "Best Power"?
Hello Slowtwitch,

I came over from a long time Sunnto owner to being a somewhat proud Garmin 920xt owner.
The question is about the function of the watch under "My Stats" which shows your records,
one of which is "Best Power". On Garmin connect I see my "Best Power" number for the ride
which is associated with, but the "Best Power" number (281 watts) is lower than the "Avg. Power" (316 watts)
and "Normalized Power"(323 watts) why is this?
Thanks for any insight, Jason Laidlaw.

FYI your picture is a link to a picture on your C: drive...

But without seeing the picture I would guess it means your best 20 minute power.

Ok picture is up. I just don't understand how the 20 min power is less than avg. power or NP power.

You did a 30 minute ride with an average power of 316, and the max average power over one continuous 20 minute interval was 281.

Yes, that clears it up. At first it just seemed a little backwards. Thanks
