Sync TrainerRoad Rides to Garmin Connectâ„¢
TrainerRoad now allows Garmin Connectâ„¢ users to automatically export their training files!

How it Works:

• Log into TrainerRoad to access your Account Profile
• Select "Ride Sync" from the left-hand side of the screen
• Click "Connect with Garmin"
• Authorize TrainerRoad to access Garmin Connect
