My left foot is cramping on the lateral side of the instep. It was so bad Monday that I had to dismount and sit on the side of the road for about 10 minutes so I could massage it out. I use Sidi Tri shoes and Speedplay Zeros although this also happened with Carnac shooes and Look pedals. Any help will be appreciated.
