That feeling of when you stop and crack your back on a long ride is amazing. It provides relief for a few miles but then comes back. The neck on the other hand, seems to be a mystery.
So my question is, does anyone have neck strengthening exercises or lower back specific exercises that can help alleviate the annoyance? I realive riding more and more that it eventually just strengthens up but I want to see if anyone is doing something specific.
