There are some great routes but some are a bit disconnected meaning you have to travel through not-so-great stretches to get the big rides you're looking for.
Here are a couple rides I did last month while visiting:

https://www.strava.com/activities/244325165 I couldn't seem to ride more than a few miles without stopping for a coffee or a bite to eat. The cafes' outdoor seating and perfect weather was too inviting.
https://www.strava.com/activities/244586030 I really encourage you to check in with the Fit-n-fuel crew as they host weekly rides with a variety of different abilities. Beth introduced me to a few locals and her husband John pointed out all the safe routes.
I'd suggest you skip the "Hour of Power" ride on Tuesday a.m. though.
And make a stop at Rumba Cuban Cafe post-ride for some authentic noms.
If you see a 6'7" guy and 5'5" women on a purple Burley tandem, tell 'em their son says hello.
