I can travel. Im located near short Hills Mall area.

Most of my work has been done at Knapps. I have no idea about their experience though with the Zipp 2001. Suggest calling first to discuss what you need.

I believe that Steve is in Philadelphia, but could probably walk you through anything that you would want to do to that bike.

Yes lol I dropped it off Thursday! Can't wait to pick it up! It was my first time there. Eric was a pleasure to deal with. Nice place too.

Pete from Knapps is awesome - he's done everything for all of my bikes. Super knowledgeable and great to talk to.

R&A Cycles declined to work on it. Hart didnt really say they had full experience working on the zipp. Knapps didnt reply to me.

7 speed is special because it is so old.
No sure how close it is to you, but I've always had really good experiences with Knapp's:
