So it turns out that a couple of my races are almost guaranteed to be non-wetsuit legal. I have no idea what an average swimmer should get as a swimskin. Money isn't an issue but will there be a significant difference for a slow swimmer in a top of the line swimskin versus a more basic model?

My understanding is that a decent one will save you 3-5 seconds/100 and a top-of-the-line one will save you 3-5 seconds/100.
I will probably pick up the cheapest one Roka sells if I do any warm water races.
