I am training for longer distances on the bike. I have an issue where after an 1 to 1.5 hours depending on how hard I work when I am outside I will over time can lower back soreness/tightness/fatigue. This does not happen when I am on the trainer, even when I have had a really hard training ride. I have been bike fit a few times to make sure my bike is in good shape. If its just a matter of conditioning I can understand that. But then I would assume I would feel fatigue on the bike trainer as well as outside. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I am doing core/strength training and have been for a while.
