I used to do triathlons when I was in college but for the past few years I've been having a harder time working out as consistently as I used to simply because my job is pretty stressful and has some erratic hours.
I've been thinking that finding a group that meets consistently could be a potential solution for this.
Was curious if anyone knew of a club in the central OC area (I live in Irvine) that meets every morning for a workout? A workout that starts before 7:00am would be awesome for me. I'm open to swimming, cycling, running, or a group that does all three.
Let me know if anyone has any ideas that could work.
