Anyone have a good oly/sprint duathlon plan? I'm having a really hard time finding one. I'd also be interested if someone combined a trainerroad program with some type of run program. Only have time to exercise 8 or so hours per week. Thanks!

We'll actually have an olympic distance tri plan coming out early spring. Definitely a little different than a duathlon, but the plan is broken up in a way that accounts for running days and is structured for you to be able to improve your bike split while not losing focus on the off-the-bike activities.

Are you looking to just finish or compete? I followed a few but then added variations based on my busy schedule and what I wanted. Let me know, I can try and find it. Super simple and not that time consuming.

Bike 5 1/2 hours over 5 days and run 2 1/2 hours over 5 days. Obviously some days will be doubles.
