Maybe not, but the starting price seems well below the likely market value given that foundation slots are selling for more than $40,000 without a speed concept or a swim with LA.

Someone on the French forum reported that he was riding on the Nice course, and had a flat. 2 riders went by then a 3rd one, who happened to be
Lance, with the support vehicle behind. Lance stopped apparently. Pretty cool. And I can't be accused of being a Lance lover ;-)

Nice, I wonder if Lance even knows how to change a tire (race quick). He's so used to a support vehicle. I can picture it now, he has a flat in Kona then struggles with tire wrenches for 10 minutes, then frustration gets the best of him and he gives up. :)
Having your own support vehicle is illegal in M dot races right?

That's nice, so they dont have to change their own flats like the rest of us? Just give them a new Zipp wheel and go? I'm guessing they can't switch out entire bikes like in the pro tour races....or only LA will get a backup bike...
