Kudos to Specialized Customer Service!!

Have a pair of Specialized Trivents that were out of warranty with a rear strap that broke. Called up their customer service (Tyler C.) last week, explained the situation honestly and nicely - look what showed up at the house yesterday:



BTW, I have no affiliation with Spec, just a retail customer.
