Kudos to Saris - they came thru again - went to change the battery on my power tap and using too much muscle pulled the white electronic connector off!! Phone Saris and they gave me an RA number had an older version of the wireless insert - wheel came back with brand new G3 complete and no charge. This is the second time had fantastic service- just thought I would share the joy.
