I apologize if this topic has been beat to death, just searching for input on Keto and endurance training and racing.
Just finished Santa Cruz 70.3, PR'd everything - swim was shortened, but still had my best time for that distance. I'm happy (5:16 finish) but think there is more to gain, mainly from my diet.
Bottom line, I'm 6'2" - 210lbs, I'm a big guy, but still too heavy.
Can I get thoughts on Keto (open to any info) as well as some good resources so I can learn more.
