I just pick up a used road bike with Powertap wheels. I have a tri bike with Power2Max and use a Garmin 910 head unit. Wondering if I should use 2nd bike function on the Garmin or the Joule that came with the wheels.

I really like my Joule. Never used a 910 though. I've got 20K+ power files, in my experience power meters that come with native head units have less power drops or issues than after market head units.

I have a 910 and Joule with my Powertap. I keep the Joule on the bars and my 910 on my wrist. They both work well with the Powertap. I haven't had any issues with the Joule but wish I still had the older model. It was a little bigger but displayed more info and was easier to navigate.
